Registration Desk

The Conference Registration Desk will be open at the following times:

Sunday 1 April	1500 - 1900
Monday 2 April	0730 - 1800
Tuesday 3 April	0730 - 1500
Wednesday 4 April	0800 - 1800

Secure credit card facilities are provided online. Confirmation of your registration will be emailed to you on receipt of your payment.

All fees are in New Zealand Dollars and include Goods and Services Tax of 15%.

*Australian conversions are approximate estimates only and are dependant on the exchange rate at time of purchase.

**The Young Member rate is limited to those LES members who are part of the Young Members Congress and who are under 40 years of age at 1st April, 2012.

Welcome Reception and Dinner Tickets

For those who have not registered, tickets for both the Conference Dinner and Gala Dinner can be purchased at a cost of $275 each. Non-registrants may also purchase tickets for the Welcome Function for $85.

How to Register

Please register via the online form.

Confirmation of your registration and a tax invoice will be sent upon receipt of your form and fees.

Cancellations

Should you need to cancel your registration for any reason, you may reassign your registration to another person. Please notify The Conference Company of the replacement delegate's name and contact details.

If you cancel your registration prior to 2 March 2012 you will receive a refund less a cancellation fee of NZ$85. Cancellations made after 2 March 2012 will not be refunded. If, for reasons beyond the control of the LESANZ 2011 Conference Organising Committee, the Conference is cancelled, registration fees will be refunded after the deduction of expenses already incurred.
